A world champion water skier and finance graduate from the University of South Florida, she quickly advanced to a Director role at a Fortune 500 company by age 26. She later served as CFO of a Florida-based retail company before launching her own forensic auditing firm in 1998, securing major clients like the Home Shopping Network and Michael’s Arts and Crafts. She also partnered in a financial consulting firm alongside former executives from Home Depot and May Company.

Dr. Johannes holds an MBA, a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership, and has completed executive coursework at Harvard University. Her research on leveraging social media to engage students has received global recognition. In addition to serving as Chancellor of Lighthouse Christian College, she is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and has over a decade of experience teaching college-level courses online.

Vickie Hanks is the Chief Financial Officer and a licensed CPA at Lighthouse Christian College, where she oversees the financial operations and strategic planning of the institution. Ricky Broxson brings over two decades of leadership in sports management, coaching, and athlete development to his role as Vice President of Athletics at Lighthouse Christian College. Holding a Master of Science degree, Coach Broxson is known for his commitment to building Christ-centered athletic programs that emphasize character, discipline, and competitive excellence.

His vision is to lead Lighthouse athletics with integrity, purpose, and passion—developing student-athletes to thrive both on and off the field. With a background in collegiate athletics and administration, Coach Broxson plays a key role in advancing the mission of Lighthouse through strategic growth and a relentless pursuit of excellence across all sports programs.

Coach Schneider brings over 25 years of coaching experience and a proven track record of championship-level leadership to Lighthouse Christian College. As Defensive Coordinator, he led the team to an impressive 8-1 record in its inaugural season. His resume includes coaching the defensive line for Mobile Christian School’s undefeated 15-0 run to the 2023 Alabama 3A State Championship, as well as key roles at Southeastern University during the launch of their football program, and stints at Washington High and Pensacola High—where he helped secure the 2009 Florida 3A State Championship. His experience also includes leadership positions at Carroll High School, Alma Bryant High School, and even international coaching as head coach at London Central High School in the UK while on active duty.

A retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer, Coach Schneider leads with discipline, integrity, and a mission-first mindset. He holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Instructional Technology and a Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of West Florida. He and his wife Gwenith are proud parents and grandparents, continuing a legacy of service and excellence both on and off the field.

Coach Dave Wilson brings decades of high-level football experience to the Lighthouse Christian College Makos, where his leadership has been instrumental in shaping a competitive and disciplined program. With a 25-year coaching career spanning high school, Division I college, and professional football, Wilson’s accomplishments include an NCAA National Championship, SEC and ACC titles, and a Florida State High School Championship. His extensive background includes key roles at Florida State, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, and Nicholls State, as well as serving as Director of Player Personnel for the AFL’s Tampa Bay Storm.

Known for his sharp eye for talent and strong recruiting ability, Coach Wilson has helped develop numerous standout athletes including Calvin Johnson, Deshard Choice, Derrick Brooks, and Danny Wuerffel. His deep roots in Florida football and success across every level of the game have been vital to the Makos’ growth. Under his guidance, Lighthouse Christian College football continues to build a strong culture of excellence, discipline, and championship-level performance.
